Business Account Overview The Business Account section is the administrative center of Ctrl+A. It contains all key settings that define your company profile, billing details, and account preferences. These settings are created automatically during onboarding but can be managed and updated later. User Management The User Management section allows Business Account owners and admins to manage team access and collaboration inside Ctrl+A. Subscription Plans The Subscription Plans section lets you view, manage, and change your Ctrl+A plan at any time. Each plan defines how many users, active campaigns, and AI asset generations your Business Account can use. Payment Methods The Payment Methods section allows Business Account owners and admins to securely manage how campaigns, subscriptions, and top-ups are billed. Overview Each Business Account must have at least one active payment method. The current default method is clearly marked, and all charges (such as subscription renewals or auto top-ups) are processed using this default method. Top-ups The Top-up section manages the available credit for your campaigns. Your credit balance is used to pay the media budget (the amount spent on ads across Google, Meta, and other platforms) plus applicable taxes and small transaction fees. Keeping your balance sufficient ensures your campaigns continue to run without interruption. Invoices The Invoices section provides a complete overview of all financial transactions related to your Business Account — including subscriptions, manual top-ups, and auto top-ups. Every payment automatically generates a corresponding invoice for your records. Overview Each payment — whether for a subscription plan or top-up — is documented with an invoice that includes all relevant financial details.
