The **minimum top-up amount** in Ctrl+A is **100 € (or 100 $)**. This applies to both **manual** and **auto top-ups**.



## Why There Is a Minimum Top-up

The 100 € / 100 $ minimum ensures that top-ups are processed efficiently and cost-effectively for both you and Ctrl+A.
Many payment providers charge a **fixed transaction fee** plus a **percentage per payment**. Setting a reasonable minimum prevents excessive fees and administrative overhead, such as multiple small transactions and invoice creation.
This approach helps us keep the platform affordable while ensuring smooth payment processing.



## Your Credit Is Never Lost

Any top-up you make is added to your **Business Account credit balance** and can be used for current or future campaigns.
The balance doesn’t expire — unused credit remains available until it’s consumed by your campaigns.



## Example

If you top up 100 €, that amount is added to your credit balance immediately.
Your campaigns will use the balance gradually as ads run across Google, Meta, or YouTube.
If you later pause or complete campaigns, any unused credit stays in your account and can be used anytime for new campaigns.
