What happens after I sign up — when can I start my first campaign?

After signing up for Ctrl+A, you’ll go through a short onboarding process to prepare your account for campaign creation. This ensures that your Business Account, payment setup, and subscription plan are ready before launching ads.

Step 1 — Confirm Your Email

Once you complete the registration form, Ctrl+A sends you a confirmation email.

Click the link in that email to verify your account and gain access to the platform.

Step 2 — Complete the Onboarding Steps

When you log in for the first time, you’ll see a short onboarding checklist that guides you through all required setup steps:

1. Create Your Business Account

• Enter your company name, address, and basic information. Ctrl+A uses this data to automatically create your first Brand.

2. Add a Payment Method

• Add at least one valid payment option — credit card, SEPA, or PayPal.
• This ensures your campaigns and subscriptions can be billed correctly.
• The connection is handled securely through Stripe (for card and PayPal) or GoCardless (for SEPA).

3. Choose a Subscription Plan

• Select a subscription plan — even if it’s the Free Plan.
• This activates your Business Account and unlocks campaign creation.
• You can upgrade or downgrade later at any time.

Your onboarding progress is shown in a status box on your dashboard, indicating which steps are complete and which remain open.

Step 3 — Start Your First Campaign

Once all onboarding steps are complete:

• Your Business Account and default Brand are active.
• Your payment method and subscription are confirmed.
• You can immediately click Create Campaign to start your first AI-assisted ad setup.

Ctrl+A will guide you through entering your website, generating ad texts and visuals, selecting targeting, and setting your budget — all in a few minutes.

Summary

After signing up, simply verify your email and complete the three onboarding steps: Business Account → Payment Method → Subscription Plan.

Once those are done, you can create your first campaign right away — no waiting period required.
