Subscription Plans

The Subscription Plans section lets you view, manage, and change your Ctrl+A plan at any time. Each plan defines how many users, active campaigns, and AI asset generations your Business Account can use.

Plan Overview

In this section, you’ll see a list of all available plans — both monthly and yearly — along with the key features and limits of each:

  • Free Package — 1 User, 1 Active Campaign, 10 Asset Generations/month
  • Starter Package — 1 User, 3 Active Campaigns, 30 Asset Generations/month
  • Growth Package — 3 Users, 10 Active Campaigns, 90 Asset Generations/month
  • Pro Package — 5 Users, 30 Active Campaigns, 300 Asset Generations/month

Note: These plans and prices represent the current offerings and may change over time. The Ctrl+A application always shows the most up-to-date subscription options, prices, and features.

Your current plan is clearly marked. Any scheduled change (for example, a downgrade) is displayed at the top of the page with the date it will take effect.

Upgrading or Downgrading a Plan

You can change your subscription at any time:

  • Upgrades — take effect immediately. You gain instant access to the higher limits.
  • Downgrades — take effect at the end of your current billing period.

If you downgrade, Ctrl+A shows a confirmation with:

  • The new plan’s limits
  • The exact date when the change becomes active
  • Any taxes and cost differences that apply

You can cancel a scheduled downgrade anytime before it becomes active.

Impact of Downgrades

When switching to a plan with lower limits, your account will automatically adjust:

  • Campaigns exceeding the new limit will be paused.
  • Users beyond the new plan’s maximum will be disabled (except the account owner).
  • Asset generation limits will apply immediately for new campaigns.

Example: If your current plan allows 3 users and you downgrade to Free (1 user), only the owner remains active.

Canceling a Subscription

You can cancel your current subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current plan period — your account will then revert to the Free Package.

Tracking Usage

Your current plan usage is displayed below the plans and in the left sidebar. It shows:

  • Active Campaigns used vs. available
  • Remaining Asset Generations
  • Number of Users

The Subscription Plans section helps you stay flexible — you can scale up when your business grows or pause down when you need fewer resources, always with clear information on limits, timing, and costs.
