My campaign says “Pending” — what does that mean?
When your campaign in Ctrl+A shows the status “Pending”, it means that your campaign has been created and is waiting to be published on the selected ad platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, and/or Meta).
What happens during the “Pending” phase
Once you confirm your campaign, Ctrl+A automatically sends it to the connected platforms via their official APIs.
This process typically happens within the next 24 hours — usually the next day.
During this time, your campaign remains in the “Pending” state until it has been successfully published and confirmed by the platforms.
Automatic retries and issue handling
If there are temporary issues (for example, network delays or API timeouts), Ctrl+A automatically retries the publication. You don’t need to take any action — the system will handle it.
If a problem cannot be resolved automatically, the status may stay “Pending” for a while. In those cases, our system will eventually change the campaign status to “Error” and inform you.
What to do if your campaign stays pending too long
If your campaign remains in the “Pending” state for more than 24–48 hours, please reach out to our support team — we’ll check if there’s a technical issue or missing configuration.
