Managing Your Profile & Security

Managing Your Profile & Security

Your profile page lets you manage your account details, preferred language, and security settings — including two-factor authentication (2FA) for extra protection.

1. Accessing your Profile

  • Click your user avatar in the lower-left corner of the screen.
  • Select Account management to open your profile settings.
  • You’ll see two tabs: Profile and Security.

2. Profile Settings

In the Profile tab, you can update:

  • First name and Last name
  • Email address (used for login and notifications)
  • Language for the interface (currently English and German)
  • Time Zone, used for scheduling and reporting accuracy

After making changes, click Update to save.

3. Security Settings

In the Security tab, you can manage your two-factor authentication and trusted devices.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of protection to your account:

  1. Enable the toggle next to Two-Factor Authentication.
  2. Choose your preferred verification method:
    • Authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.)
    • Email verification
  1. If you select an authenticator app, scan the displayed QR code and save the recovery codes shown below. These can be used to regain access if your authenticator app is lost.

Trusted Devices

Below the 2FA section, you’ll find your list of trusted devices.

  • Devices marked as trusted can skip 2FA for 30 days (or until cookies or browser data are cleared).
  • You can remove any device individually or click Remove All Trusted Devices to reset access everywhere.

4. Logging Out

To log out of Ctrl+A, click your user avatarLog Out.

This immediately ends your session on the current device.
