Invoices


The Invoices section provides a complete overview of all financial transactions related to your Business Account — including subscriptions, manual top-ups, and auto top-ups. Every payment automatically generates a corresponding invoice for your records.




Overview


Each payment — whether for a subscription plan or top-up — is documented with an invoice that includes all relevant financial details. Taxes and transaction fees are automatically applied where required by law.

The invoices list displays key information at a glance:


  • Invoice number
  • Invoice date
  • Type (Subscription, Manual Top-up, Auto Top-up)
  • Status (Paid or Pending)
  • Net amount and Total amount including taxes






Filters and Sorting


The Filters feature allows you to quickly find specific invoices — particularly helpful for agencies or accounts with large transaction volumes.

You can filter by:


  • Type: Subscription, Manual Top-up, Auto Top-up
  • Status: Paid or Pending
  • Date range: Select specific invoice periods
  • Amount: Filter by net or gross values (e.g. >100, 100-200)


Additionally, each column can be sorted by clicking the column header (e.g. sort by date or amount).





Invoice Details


Click any invoice in the list to open the detailed view. The invoice detail page includes:


  • Full invoice number and date
  • Payment method used (card, PayPal, or SEPA)
  • Billing and company details (name, address, tax IDs)
  • Line items describing each charge (e.g. subscription period, top-up amount, taxes, transaction fees)
  • Breakdown of tax rates and total amount







Printing and Downloading


From the invoice detail view, you can print or save the invoice for your accounting records. All invoices are formatted with the necessary legal information for tax and compliance reporting.
