# Can I run ads without a website?

At the moment, Ctrl+A requires a **website or landing page** to create and run campaigns. This is because both Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) need a valid destination URL when using traffic-oriented campaign types — such as Google Search, Google Display Network (GDN), Performance Max (PMax), or Meta Traffic campaigns.


## Why You Need a Website or Landing Page

Google and Meta advertising systems require a **target URL** where users are directed after clicking on an ad. This URL must lead to a real, publicly accessible page that loads correctly on all devices.
Currently:

* **Google Ads** does not allow using a Facebook Page, Instagram profile, or other social media page as the destination URL for traffic or conversion campaigns.
* **Meta Ads** also requires a valid external website link for traffic-based campaigns. Page or profile destinations are allowed only for engagement-type ads (likes, follows, messages), which Ctrl+A does not use at this time.
As a result, having a functional landing page or website is mandatory to run campaigns with Ctrl+A.
