Can I change my currency or time zone?
There are two separate settings in Ctrl+A that affect how your account and campaigns work: currency and time zone.
Here’s what you can (and cannot) change.
1. Currency — fixed after onboarding
The currency of your Business Account is set during onboarding and cannot be changed later.
All campaign budgets, invoices, and transaction histories are tied to this currency.
If you need to operate in another currency, you can create a new Business Account with the desired currency.
2. Time zones — flexible and user-controlled
Ctrl+A uses several time zones to ensure campaigns, reports, and billing always align with the correct local context.
All times are stored internally in UTC, but displayed and executed according to the relevant time zone settings.

When you create a campaign, Ctrl+A automatically converts your chosen start and end times to UTC for storage and executes them according to the Brand’s local time zone, ensuring your ads start and stop at the correct local business time.
