Analytics & Optimization
The Analytics section gives you full visibility into how your campaigns perform — across all connected channels and campaigns. It combines clean reporting with AI-powered optimization tools that help you make smarter decisions with less effort.
Overview Dashboard
When opening Analytics, you’ll see a summary of key performance metrics for your currently selected Brand:
- Total Impressions — How many times your ads were shown.
- Total Clicks — How many times users engaged with your ads.
- Total Campaigns — Number of all active, paused, and completed campaigns.
- Click-Through Rate (CTR) — The percentage of users who clicked after seeing your ad.
- Budget — Total spend across all campaigns.
Below, a comparison chart lets you analyze key metrics such as Cost per Click (CPC) or CTR per channel (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

Campaign List
Scroll down to see all campaigns of your selected Brand, including:
- Lifecycle (Scheduled, Running, Paused, Completed)
- Impressions, Clicks, and Costs
Two action buttons help you manage each campaign:
- Eye icon — Opens a Ad Preview, showing how your ads appear on each platform.
- Graph icon — Opens Campaign Analytics, giving detailed insights into performance and budget.
Campaign Analytics View
In this view, you can explore detailed performance metrics for each campaign:
- Cost per Click (CPC)
- Cost per Mille (CPM)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversions and Cost per Conversion
- Impressions and Clicks over time (by day or date range)
Switch between channels (Google, Meta, YouTube) to compare performance trends.

Editing and Adjusting Running Campaigns
You can update key settings directly in the analytics view using the pencil icon next to editable fields:
- Start Date / End Date — Adjust or extend campaign duration.
- Daily Budget — Increase or decrease spend in real-time.
- Pause or Resume campaigns with one click.
Tip: Scheduled campaigns can have their start date modified before launch, while active campaigns can be paused anytime.
Intelligent Budget Allocation
Ctrl+A’s Intelligent Budget Allocation automatically distributes your budget across channels based on performance data.
When enabled, the system continuously analyzes clicks, CPC, conversions, and cost per conversion, shifting budget toward the best-performing platforms — while still keeping a portion active on others to maintain data accuracy.
This ensures balanced, data-driven optimization without full dependency on a single channel.

- Regularly review results to understand how your campaigns evolve.
- Keep Intelligent Allocation enabled for optimal performance over time.
- Adjust daily budgets dynamically based on results and seasonality.
- Compare across channels — CPC and CTR can vary by audience and goal.
