Onboarding — Add Payment Method & Choose Subscription Plan


Overview


After setting up your Business Account, you’ll see an Onboarding status box in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.

It shows two remaining tasks you must complete before you can start creating campaigns:


  1. Add a Payment Method
  2. Choose a Subscription Plan


These steps ensure your account is ready for campaign billing and feature access.





Step 1: Add a Payment Method


Click on “Add a Payment Method” in the onboarding task list.

You’ll be taken to the Payment Methods page, where you can choose your preferred payment option.

You can add:


  • Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • SEPA (for EU-based bank accounts)
  • PayPal (optional alternative)






Secure Card Entry via Stripe


When adding a card, a secure payment window will open — powered by Stripe, our payment processing partner.

Enter your payment details:


  • Email
  • Card Information (number, expiry date, CVC)
  • Cardholder Name
  • Country or Region


Then click Save Card to confirm.





Confirmation


Once your card is successfully added, it will appear under your Payment Methods list.

You can now see it marked as Default, which will be used for subscriptions and top-ups.


Your onboarding checklist will automatically update — showing 1/2 tasks completed.







Step 2: Choose a Subscription Plan


Next, select your Subscription Plan to unlock your workspace features.

Click “Choose a Subscription Plan” in your onboarding task box or navigate to:

Business Account → Subscription Plans


You can choose between:


  • Free Package (€0/month) — Basic access with limited features
  • Starter Package (€39/month) — Ideal for small businesses
  • Growth Package (€79/month) — For growing teams
  • Pro Package (€199/month) — For professional users






Subscribe to a Plan


When you click Subscribe, a confirmation window will appear showing your selected plan, applicable tax, and total monthly cost.

Confirm your subscription by checking the box and clicking Subscribe.






Subscription Activated


Once your subscription is activated, you’ll see your chosen plan highlighted and the onboarding task marked as complete.

Your account is now ready to launch campaigns.
